Music has the power to change lives.
Welcome, and thank you for stopping by!
My name is Martin Rojas, and I am a violist with a Bachelor’s degree from the Manhattan School of Music. Music has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember, and I am passionate about sharing it with others—whether through performance or teaching.
When I teach, my goal is to help each student not only develop strong viola technique but also discover the joy and confidence that come from making music. I believe that learning should always be inspiring, personal, and fun.
Beyond music, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, and some of my most memorable experiences have been hiking through the Andes Mountains. Traveling has also shaped who I am, giving me the chance to discover new cultures and deepen my appreciation for diversity. I also love cooking and exploring New York City’s incredible variety of restaurants, because I believe both food and music have the power to bring people together and create lasting memories.
Whether I am teaching, performing, or exploring the world, I carry with me the same values: curiosity, dedication, and the belief that music can enrich every part of life.
If you or your child are ready to begin this journey, I’d love to help—schedule your first lesson today!
My lessons are designed to balance structure with creativity, so students can develop both skill and passion for music.
